Using 1RedSoxTickets.com
- All sales are final. No cancellations, refunds,
exchanges, or credits can be made after your order has been confirmed.
- We do not replace lost, damaged or stolen
tickets. Do not expose your tickets to sunlight, heat, cold, or liquids. The
tickets cannot be replaced under any circumstances and you will bear the full
loss and liability incurred.

- We require a signature on all deliveries.
- We do not allow any reroutes on the package.
The courier must deliver it to the address on the package.
- Tickets are normally sent to your credit
card billing address.
- The Billing Address will be verified with
your credit card company so you must use the exact address that your statements
are sent.
- Should you require that the order be shipped
to an address other than the credit card billing address we will require faxed
authorization from you. This includes a signed copy of the invoice along with
legible copies of your driver's license and the credit card that was used.
This is done to protect both of us against fraudulent use.
- Tickets will be delivered using Federal
Express. We will inform you of when to expect delivery when the order is confirmed.
Your Privacy
For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes
no information regarding the domain or e-mail address.
We collect the e-mail addresses
of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages
consumers access or visit, user-specific information on what pages consumers
access or visit and information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey
information and/or site registrations.
The information we collect is
used for internal review and is then discarded, used to improve the content
of our Web page, used to customize the content and/or layout of our page for
each individual consumer and used by us to contact consumers for marketing purposes.
If you do not want to receive
e-mail from us in the future, please let us know by sending an email
to us, calling us or writing to us and telling us that you do not want to receive
e-mail from our company.
